Jonathon Milks

Jonathon Milks is a financial markets and digital asset business executive with a specialization in institutional infrastructure, regulatory strategy, and risk management. He co-founded and led the successful acquisition of Stillman Digital, a global digital asset brokerage and liquidity provider, where he oversaw the firm's growth into a multi-billion-dollar trading operation serving institutional clients across jurisdictions.

With a foundation in economics from the University of Western Ontario and advanced risk management credentials, including the Canadian Risk Management (CRM) designation and certifications from Chainalysis in blockchain analytics and transaction monitoring, Jonathon brings a technically rigorous and risk-based approach to modern financial markets.

Career Background

Prior to founding Stillman Digital, Jonathon held roles at Marsh Canada within its Global Risk Management division, advising some of Canada's largest financial institutions on complex insurance and risk mitigation strategies. His experience spans executive risk, financial lines, and the structuring of solutions for highly regulated entities operating across borders.

Beyond his operating roles, Jonathon contributes to industry development through his involvement with the Florida Blockchain Business Association, where he focuses on advancing pragmatic regulatory frameworks that support innovation while maintaining market integrity and access to banking and capital.
